September Chapter Meeting

Come and join us to look at the root causes of the fatal aircraft crash of Czar 52.  It reveals all the opportunities to arrest poor safety behavior before a tragedy occurs.  Unfortunately, this insight is 20/20 after the crash.  The goal is to use the lessons identified and apply those same principles to ensure safe operations in our day to day lives at home, on the road, and at work.
